Andy Goldberg is the director and a founder of the legendary comedy troop OFF THE WALL and has performed with Robin Williams, Larry David, Tom Hanks, Garry Shandling, George Wendt, Bonnie Hunt, Fred Willard, Betty Thomas, Chevy Chase and John Ritter. Andy has been in dozens of movies and TV shows, been a staff writer and written episodes for network sitcoms, and has taught his popular IMPROV COMEDY WORKSHOP in Los Angeles for over thirty years.

Great Book!

I've been waiting for Andy's revised addition of his great improv book to come out and it's full of new exercises and techniques. I consider this book to be the "bible" for all improv actors who would love to learn the process. Andy has put down all the years of his experience into a fast and easy to understand book. I really enjoy the book very much and highly recommend it to all actors.
As a side befit, it has improved my ability of the audition process and getting me the parts and confidence I needed to land more jobs.

So glad I did
By Cut to Chase
After taking several classes with Andy, I bought his book. So glad I did. I got to review the exercises and games we'd done in class, but there was so much more. Even if you've never had the pleasure of meeting the author, this book will be quite useful to those who wish to practice the art of improv comedy.
