I read this in one session on my tread climber. I could not put it down, she had me at the preface. It's a great reminder of, well, just about everything in life that's important. If you're looking for answers, here you go. If you want insight, this is it. If you want to shift your perspective, live life from your heart and increase the flow of goodness in your life, read this book. A quick read, succinct, simple, easy - I LOVE IT! Great to use as a daily guide, just open to a page and feel into the message. it will only take a few minutes, the longest chapter is only 7 pages so read from the beginning to the end or choose a chapter - you're only moments away from a learning the answers to all those life questions you keep asking yourself. It always comes back to love - it's that simple.
